St. Mary’s Island History Group Meeting – Monday 14th January

St. Mary’s Island History Group meets at St. Mary’s Island Community Centre at 7.30 pm on Monday 14th January.

The guest speaker will be David Burton who will be sharing his personal collection of old photographs of the River Medway featuring long lost industries along the river.  David has a family connection to the river and also the Navy dating back to the 17th Century.

The group will be updating Members on some items about the Island and nearby.  Visitors welcome for £2.
