Opportunities to play at Chatham Maritime
Chatham Maritime Estate has a wide range of services and facilities to meet the needs of residents, workers, and visitors.
What we do
The Trust does not just maintain the 350 acre Estate to a high standard, we also support the local community, we run the St Mary’s Island Community Centre, organise the Chatham Maritime Food and Drink Festival and support local initiatives through sponsorships and grants, so residents and the wider community can enjoy this lovely place.
What our residents say...
The Arethusa Venture Centre has worked together in partnership with Chatham Maritime Trust for many years now to bring the local community together via the Watersports centre. We have successfully delivered training, team/confidence building and most of all fun, to thousands upon thousands of children, young adults and families. None of this would have been possible without the full support of The Chatham Maritime Trust. CMT’s continual drive and pursuit to create a better place full of opportunities is wonderful and the benefits this brings to the community really are outstanding.
