Dogs on Leads Please

To all residents and visitors on St. Mary’s Island, can you please ensure that you keep your dogs on leads and under control at all times.  The only area that dogs are allowed to be off lead is in the dog run.

It appears that in these current challenging times with fewer people are out and about, some people think it is ok to have a dog off the lead,  IT IS NOT!

The problem of dog fouling seems to be on the increase in recent days.  Whether you own a dog or not, dog poo affects everyone.  Dog owners should take responsibility for clearing up after their dogs; it takes little time and effort so do it!
