Chatham Maritime Food & Drink Festival

It’s nearly here!  Chatham Maritime Food & Drink Festival is a FREE event held alongside Basin 2 at Chatham Maritime from Saturday 24th to Bank Holiday Monday 26th May.

This is an event for the whole family to enjoy – a variety of food and drink stalls, watersports, kids’ activities, funfair and some great music at the band stand in Dock Square.  Musicians will perform for 45 minutes; line ups are booked but subject to change.

The Dragonboat Challenge takes place on the Sunday – a fantastic spectacle that starts from 10.30 am and raises money for Medway Sunlight Rotary charities.  Watersports activities will be available on the Saturday and Monday – a chance to try something new?

The Newfoundland dog displays will be back this year performing at midday and 2 pm in Basin 2.

The Kent Tug and Vic 96 berthed in the corner of Basin 1 will be welcoming visitors.
