Mohsin joined the Trust in June 2021. Mohsin’s area of expertise is in finance, accounting, auditing and compliance. He has worked in the peacebuilding and development sector since 1998 most notably as Head of Finance/Chief Financial Officer at International Alert (2006-2020). He has also worked in the oil and gas sectors. He studied commerce at the University of Karachi, followed by a traineeship in auditing and then an MBA from the University of Strathclyde. He is a member of the Association of Chartered Accountants. He is the Trust’s Company Secretary and is responsible for managing the Trust’s finance function and related professional services such as banking and audit. From August 2022 to August 2023 Mohsin was appointed Interim CEO following the retirement of Julian Perry.
In his spare time Mohsin enjoys a variety of sports – cricket, football, badminton and athletics as well as gardening and is learning landscape painting. He lives in Croydon with his wife and two daughters.
