Grant Leathwhite, Residential Services Officer

A familiar face in a new role. Previously Grant worked as the Estates Officer but is now the primary contract for St Mary’s Island residents.  His main focus is administrative support to the estate management activities, i.e. the processing of re-mortgages, dealing with covenants, breaches and consents. His core working hours are 7 am to 4 pm Monday to Friday.

When not working Grant enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters as well as a bit of gardening and watching rugby.
