Richard is a chartered surveyor with over 35 years of experience in the real estate industry in the UK and globally. He has worked for both landlords and corporate occupiers as well as owning and managing his own company.
Richard is a sports enthusiast; particularly rugby, sailing and off-road cycling and also trying to keep up with his Labrador called Duke.
Richard is married with two daughters and lives in Hampshire.
