St. Mary’s Island History Group Meeting

The next meeting of St. Mary’s Island History Group is scheduled for Wednesday 8th May at 7.30 pm which will also be their Annual General Meeting.

The Group has invited back Peter Cook who writes for the Medway Messenger; he has some further facts and stories about Medway to reveal.

The meeting takes place at St. Mary’s Island Community Centre on Island Way West ME3 3EP.   The group welcomes visitors for £2 and although the annual subscription has not changed the group now asks all for £1 per person for refreshments.

The group is seeking people to join their committee and more researchers as they begin some more projects for the year ahead.
