SMIRA AGM – Friday 10th December 2021

The SMIRA Annual General Meeting will take place on Friday 10 December 2021 at 8pm, held at St. Mary’s Island Community Centre.

The Agenda for this meeting is as follows:

  • Welcome and introductions
  • Apologies for absence
  • Formal AGM matters
  • SMIRA Accounts
  • Residents meeting with stakeholders: Chatham Maritime Trust, Medway Council, and Maritime Health Partnership
  • Close

If you have any questions for any of our Stakeholders, please send them to  before 6pm on Thursday 2 December in order for them to be forwarded to the relevant parties, and provide them with time to have answers ready for the meeting.

Please note that all residents will receive their formal AGM papers via Royal Mail post shortly. If you do not receive your AGM papers by 1 December, please contact me using the email address. 

This meeting is organised by St. Mary’s Island Residents’ Association, not Chatham Maritime Trust.
