Fruit trees for schools

St. Mary’s Island School and Hempstead Infant School have received funding from the Trust for their Forest School Projects. This initiative is a fairly new concept and one which many schools are adopting as the benefits to the students is evidenced. As of October 2025 both projects are in their infancy and will be developed over the coming months.
