No Swimming In Dock Basins

The air temperature maybe hot and the water may look tempting but there are genuine safety risks from swimming in the dock basins.  The water, as in rivers, lakes and seas, can literally take your breath away and you could suffer Cold Water Shock.

The area is not constantly supervised so we would ask all visitors and residents to the Estate to refrain from the urge to swim.
