The Historic Dockyard Pop-Up Talk – The history of the Jolly Roger Flag

This pop-up talk will explain in detail certain objects within the gallery space – the Jolly Roger Flag and it’s use by Royal Navy submariners.
Alex Crouch will decode and explain the Jolly Roger of HM Sub Trenchant from the collection within the Steam, Steel and submarines gallery.
The talk will last approx. 5-10 minutes and will take place in the Steam, Steel and Submarines Gallery. Times of this talk are informal, can be requested when in the gallery space.
