Taste of Kent Food Festival

The Taste of Kent Food Festival takes place on Saturday 7th and Sunday 8th September at Bradbourne House, East Malling – ME19 6DZ.  This weekend event will celebrate and showcase the very best food and drink that Kent has to offer and promises to be a great family event.   There will be plenty of hands-on activities for adults and children.

There will be entertainment , demonstrations from well known and local chefs as well as guests from the Great British Bake Off.  Cookery talks, demos and drink tasting will take place in the Demo Tent and Cake & Bake theatre.

There will be musical entertainment provided over the weekend; the main stage will feature a line up of local and emerging artists; yet to be announced.

Tunbridge Wells chef, Rosemary Shrager, will open the event on the Saturday, while MasterChef, Kenny Tutt, will follow on the Sunday, along with James and Chris Tanner.

There will be a selection of stalls from the county’s food and drink specialists and in the masterclass tent there will be short classes on offer including learning the art of foraging with local forager Carol Hunt.

FREE parking on site.  Well behaved dogs will be allowed in but dogs must be kept on a lead at all times and owners must clear up after their pets.  Visitors should note that they will be unable to take a picnic or own food items for consumption unless they have a specific dietary need.
