Songs & Scones at Chatham Library – Friday 8th March

March 8 @ 2:30 pm - 4:00 pm

A social afternoon of music, conversation and cake in Medway Libraries!

Second Friday of each month
Concerts 2:30-4pm  (unless otherwise stated)

Live Music Now’s Songs & Scones concerts are a great opportunity for older people to come together and share an enjoyable afternoon in the company of Live Music Now musicians.

Expect songs from West End shows, well known folk tunes, popular songs and light classical music. Each informal concert will be followed by a cup of tea, scone and a chance to chat and make new friends.

Zoë Wren is a folk singer songwriter who accompanies herself on guitar. Her voice ‘evokes Joni Mitchell at her very best’ according to Folk Radio UK. After starting out as a London busker, Zoe now performs a mix of acoustic and live looped music at festivals across the UK and Europe Expect songs inspired by Zoe’s roots as a folk artist but with a contemporary twist.
