RBLI, Tempo Time Credits and Involving Medway are hosting a Social Prescribing Day with various organisations from your local community.  Go along and get practical support for your health and wellbeing.

The event takes place at The Pentagon Centre, Chatham (ME4 4HU) from 10 am to 3 pm on Thursday 14th March.  There will be:

• interactive craft workshop – find out how creativity can improve wellbeing and how you can get involved
• meet the Singers fighting neurological conditions through music and sport
• Benefits support
• Employability advice from professional consultants for those with health conditions
• Mental Health support from leading charities
• Courses/ learning and adult education
• Exercise referrals / smoking cessation and diet advice
