SMIRA Annual General meeting

SMIRA’s Annual General meeting is scheduled to take place in the Large Hall in the Community Centre at 7.30 pm – all are welcome.  This meeting is open to all but only Members will be entitled to vote; formal notice and details will be sent to members prior to the meeting.

The agenda for the meeting is:

1.  Apologies for absence.
2. To receive the Chair’s report.
3. To receive and adopt the financial statements of St. Mary’s Island Residents’ Association Ltd for the year ended 31st March 2018.
4. To elect new Directors from nominations received.
5. Any other business.
