Short Brothers impact on Medway Town

Historian Philip McDougall will be talking about the impact that Shorts Brothers factory had on the Towns.  Learn about their engineering and aviation foresight and what effect this had on the country as a whole.  The aerospace specialist had a base in Rochester and were famous for the invention of the flying boat.

This talk takes place at Medway Archives Centre located at 32 Bryant road, Strood ME2 3EP from 2.30 pm to 3.30 pm.  (Doors open at 2.15 pm).
