Screen printing Workshop

This is a fun and practical print making workshop where you can learn now to transfer an image to a stencil and produce a perfect screen print in your choice of colour onto a canvas tote bag.

You don’t have to be artistic to get professional lookin results – you can print off a design from your computer and as long as you can trace the image and cut it out then you’ll be able to print it.

No previous experience is required.  The workshop is suitable for adults and children aged 12+.  All you need to do is take along an image to use as a stencil so best not to make it too complicated.  The maximum size of the design should be 30 cm x 30 cm.  It would be advisable to take an apron or printing shirt to wear.  All printing materials are supplied.    Prints are permanent after ironing and fully washable at up to 40 degrees centigrade.  Paints are non-toxic.

The workshop takes place at Studio 7, The Halpern Conservancy Board Building, Rochester ME1 1PY from 2 pm to 4 pm.  The cost is £22 per person.
