Public Consultation for proposed new builds on South of Basin

Chatham Maritime Trust submitted a planning application to Medway Council for two new small buildings, the Watersports Activity Centre on the south side of Basin 2 and the CMT Estate office building on the east side of Basin 1. Full details of both applications can be found on Medway Council’s planning portal. Watersports Activity Centre is reference MC/18/1521 and the Estate office is MC/18/1520.
The Trust is holding an open session for St. Mary’s Island residents and members of the public to visit our office at The Observatory to see the plans for the new buildings, meet the architects, ask questions and let us have your views. This event takes place from 3 pm to 7 pm.
