National Police Memorial Day

This event takes place online on the 27th September at 3 pm.
The National Police Memorial Day was founded in 2000 and is a day to honour the courage and sacrifice of Police Officers in the UK. The NPMD is supported by Royalty, Government and UK Police Services; HRH The Prince of Wales became their patron in 2006.
The online memorial service is held on the nearest Sunday to the 29th September; this coincides with Saint Michael’s day – the patron Saint of Police Officers.
Due to ongoing Covid-19 issues, people cannot physically gather as they would normally but you can watch an online service in quiet reflection in your own home.
