January 31 @ 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Proferssor Rahul (Kenny) Kanegaonkar is an internationally renowned Consultant Ear Nose and Throat Surgeon, working at the Medway Maritime Hospital.  He has lectured around the world and has published many journal papers and books.   His academic work is based at Canterbury Christ Church University where he Professor of Innovation.  Kenny has produced and developed many exciting surgical and scientific innovations.

Imagine – you have had knee surgery and the physiotherapist has given you exercises to do.  “Here you are” they say. “I’ve loaded them onto your phone – just strap the phone to your knee and we’ll see how you are doing”?  The next day you decide not to do your exercises – tomorrow will do.  Then at the end of the day, you get a call from the physiotherapist. “You haven’t done your exercises!”.  “How did you know?” you say.

In this lecture Kenny will present various innovations that he has developed and will give the answer to the question!
