Inspired by the Moon – Words & Music in the Crypt

January 15 @ 1:30 pm - 2:30 pm

Inspired by the Moon – words on a lunar theme integrated with musical mediations.  They’ll read from their own work and from other authors, classic and contemporary and play original music.

Taking part in this event are Derek Sellen, Canterbury Festival Poet of the Year 2018, Mary Anne Smith, award-winning poet, Victoria Field, former poet-in-residence at Truro Cathedral and author of ‘Baggage, a Book of Leavings’, a pilgrimage memoir, and Eduard Heyning, performing on clarinets and saxophones.

This is a FREE event but with limited seating.  Recommend you arrive early to avoid disappointment.

This event will take place in the Ithamar Chapel in the Crypt of Rochester Cathedral.  if you have additional access needs email:  .
