Planning the Response for Climate Emergency Events by Peter Egan

With the increase in climate driven disasters happening across the Globe, a real need for coordinated planning on infrastructure resilience and institutional response is needed. In

successes and present strategies in place today.

Lead of the Institution of Royal Engineers Sustainability Forum and academic lecturer for the Royal School of Military Engineering and part time lecturer for the University of Greenwich.
Peter’s career has spanned 25 years within the military engineering sector, specialising in sustainable projects within the UK and international austere locations for NATO, UN and Nato coalitions.

These FREE talks are delivered by the Faculty of Engineering and Science at the University of Greenwich at Medway.  The talk will be delivered in accordance with Covid-19 guidelines with consideration to social distancing and the wearing of face masks.  The talk takes place in the Ward Room at 6 pm and attendance is by registration only.  To secure a place email or call 01634 883495.  There is free car parking on Medway Campus after 5 pm.
