Mythbusting forensics Charlotte Pilbeam-Bailey on Wednesday 3rd November 2021 at 6 pm.

Summary:

Fancy Forensics? – It’s not as gory as you think. In this GREat Medway Talk, Charlotte will talk about the reality of forensic science in both civil and criminal investigations, the
versatility of skills and inclusive working environments.

Biography:  Charlotte Pilbeam has worked at the University of Greenwich since January 2011, initially as a Forensic Technician, supporting the teaching and development of the Forensic
Science and Forensic Science with Criminology programmes. Charlotte has undertaken various placements with Sussex, Kent and the Metropolitan Police services, whilst studying
her research-based masters.

These FREE talks are delivered by the Faculty of Engineering & Science at the University of Greenwich Medway.  They take place in the Ward Room in Pembroke Building on the Medway Campus and start at 6 pm.  The talk will be delivered in accordance with Covid-19 guidelines with consideration to social distancing and the wearing of face masks.  Attendance is by registration and places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.  To secure a place email or call 01634 883495.  There is free parking on the Medway Campus after 5 pm.
