February 9 @ 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm
|The next talk in this series is ‘Food that does good and doesn’t cost the Earth’ is delivered by the University of Greenwich, Engineering and Science – Dr Acharya on Wednesday 9th February at 6 pm. This free talk discussing global food security and sustainable food production in view of climate change will be delivered online.
In view of the climate change, most important challenge for global food security is the intensification of food production to sustainably feed around 9.6 billion people by 2050.
