Engineering Lecture – the importance of customer service in engineering

This is the penultimate lecture in a short series of lectures hosted by the School of Engineering at the University of Greenwich titled “Inspiring Engineering”. This lecture is titled The importance of customer service in engineering and is presented by Brian Simpson – Independent Consultant.
The lecture starts at 11 am and takes place in the Wardroom (LT129) in Pembroke Building sat the University of Greenwich (Medway Campus).
