Discover the Dockyard Talk: Namur – The Ship beneath the floor

Learn about this mysterious ship and why it was such a significant archaeological find.  This is a unique opportunity to meet one of the collections team who helped prepared the timbers for display; and one of the research volunteers with personal anecdotes about life on board and Namur’s battles.

You will also get the chance to handle a number of objects from the 18th Century ship, HMS Invincible.

This takes place on Wednesday 4th September at 11 am and 2 pm and you can book your slot on arrival.
