Consultation re regeneration of Chatham Docks Industrial Estate

As you will be aware, Peel L&P is bringing forward a vision for the regeneration of Chatham Docks Industrial Estate.  Peel are hosting two open events to share this vision with the local community and understand feedback and opinions on their initial early masterplan design.

The old lock gates at Chatham Docks Industrial Estate will cease to operate beyond 2025.  Peel are working with the local authority and existing port tenants to find suitable relocation options. However, this timeline provides them with the opportunity to engage and listen to the community, local businesses, charities and wider stakeholders, ensuring that the vision for Chatham Docks Industrial Estate is aligned with what Medway needs to be a place where people want to continue to live, work and play for generations to come.

There will be two public open days to discuss the early masterplan design for the Industrial Estate.  Peel would welcome the opportunity to meet you at this event and discuss any feedback you may have. These exhibitions will be held on the Ground Floor of The Kell Waterside Apartments, opposite the Waterfront UTC. Full details are below:
