Celebrate St. Nicholas Day

December 7, 2019 @ 11:45 am - 3:00 pm

Did you know that Georgians gave token gifts to each other to signify the beginning of the festive celebration on the 6th December – St. Nicholas Day.

St. Nicholas of Myra is a popular Christian Saint amongst children across Europe as he had a reputation for being the bringer of gifts.  The day is celebrated on the 5th or 6th in western christian countries.

Create your own using different materials and fill it, ready to hang on the tree.

This is a drop-in event so you can pop in throughout the day from 11.45 am to 3 pm.

Cost is £3 per child or free with a family ticket.  (A family ticket is valid for the day of purchase and entitles a family (2 adults / 2 children or 1 adult / 3 children) to unlimited access to the museum and free admission to any of the family activities occurring on that day.

The Huguenot Museum is located at 95 High Street, Rochester ME1 1LX.
