Brahms Requiem at Rochester Cathedral

FOLLOWING GOVERNMENT GUIDELINES TO INCREASE SOCIAL DISTANCING AND AVOID LARGE GATHERINGS DUE TO COVID-19, THIS EVENT HAS BEEN CANCELLED.
The Cathedral Nave will provide an awe-inspiring backdrop to this performance of Brahm’s emotionally powerful Requiem. The Senior Choir of King’s Rochester will be joined by additional voices of King’s Chorus and the Orchestra Roffensis, conducted by John Mountford.
Vocal soloists will be: Helen Bailey (soprano) and Charles Cunliffe (baritone).
Talented young instrumental soloists from King’s Rochester will also perform movements of concerti by Rachmaninoff, Mozart, Bourgeois and Telemann.
This takes place on Wednesday 25th March from 7.30 pm to 9.30 pm.
