Birdsong Author gives a talk at Waterstones Canterbury

The author of Birdsong, Sebastian Faulks, will be talking about his new book Paris Echo at Waterstones, Rose Lane, Canterbury CT1 2SJ on Monday 3rd September at 6.30 pm. Entry is £3 or £20 which includes a hard copy of his book.
His latest publication deals with questions of empire, grievance and identity and considers how, as individuals and societies, we learn to make peace with our history. Described by the Sunday Telegraph as ‘the most impressive novelist of his generation’ and the Financial Times ‘Faulks is beyond doubt a master.’
