Better Together: Building teams and making them work
February 13 @ 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Some individuals fail to blend into the spirit of team work and in some cases where the individuals are engaged in the group work it doesn’t appear fruitful. this is true for both study groups at schools and universities, corporate world and yes, family life. What is the reason behind this? If such occurrence is natural, surely it can be recognized and/or predicted and hence, can also be omitted.
This lecture will provide an insight into the Belbin personality styles and Myers-Briggs type indicators followed by an applicable framework that can be used to compile successful groups which will bypass storming and norming phrases set to perform from the start.
