                                     Jonathan Sadler (Chief Executive)

The Trust's Chairman and Board have appointed Jonathan Sadler as the  Chief Executive.  Jonathan has a wealth of experience and was responsible for driving forward the vision of Chatham Maritime's mixed-use scheme.  Under his stewardship the area has been transformed from a brown field regeneration site to one where businesses, homeowners, and students want to work, live, and study.       



Dean Marsh (Contract & Procurement Specialist ) Dean Marsh (Contract, Procurement & Facilities Manager)

Dean joined Chatham Maritime Trust in September 2012.   He has spent most of his career working for Pfizer and has a wealth of experience in contract management, Facility Management and engineering maintenance.   Dean lives in Margate with his wife, daughter and Moe the dog.  He enjoys spending time with family and friends. 



                                  Grant Leathwhite (Residential Services Officer) 

A familiar face in a new role.  Previously Grant worked as the Estates Officer but is now the primary contract for St. Mary's Island residents.  His main focus is administrative support to the estate management activities, i.e. the processing of re-mortgages, dealing with covenants, breaches and consents.  His core working hours are 7 am to 4 pm Monday to Friday.    

When not working Grant enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters as well as a bit of gardening and watching rugby. 

                                 Peter Hall (Finance Manager & Company Secretary)

Peter worked with the Trust as Interim Finance Manager for six months and effective 1st September 2015 was appointed on a permanent basis.  He is a Chartered Accountant with a wide breadth of commercial and other financial management experience gained at board level and in senior financial roles in a number of industry sectors including Charities, Social Care, Construction, Wines & Spirits and Defence Equipment.  

Peter is responsible for managing the Trust's finance function and related professional services such as banking and audit. 

In his spare time Peter follows a variety of sports such as football, rugby and athletics, sings in a choir, enjoys outings to the theatre and cinema with his wife and mentoring their two daughters, now in their twenties.    

Elona Walker (Trust & Estate Administrator & PA to Chief Executive) Elona Walker (Trust Administrator & PA to Chief Executive)

Elona joined the Trust back in 1997 shortly after it was established so has seen many changes since then.  Elona was born and educated in Surrey but moved to Kent in 1991.  Her background is in customer service/administration working in the drinks and tobacco industry. Elona focuses on supporting the Chairman, CEO and Trustees.  In her spare time, she enjoys meeting friends and community life in the town where she lives.    


Lynsey Kember (Accounts & Office Assistant)

Lynsey is a member of the Association of Accounting Technicians  (AAT).  Her background is in accounts, administration and customer  service; her responsibilities include collection of the annual rentcharge payments and credit control as well as being the first point of contact on the telephone.  Lynsey enjoys gardening and spending time with family and friends.




Nicole Barrett  (Community Centre Administrator)

Nicole works closely with Vanessa assisting in all aspects of hiring the facility.     




Vanessa JarmakVanessa Jarmak (Community Centre Team Leader)

Vanessa oversees all aspects of hiring the facility along with ensuring the smooth operation of it's day to day business with her colleague Nicole.    Vanessa has previously worked in Director/Senior level PA roles, office management and administration,  mainly within the manufacturing industry.  Vanessa enjoys spending time with her family and friends and keeping fit.
