Chatham Maritime Trust Moving In St Mary's Island > About your House > Moving In

Welcome to your new home at Chatham Maritime!

Chatham Maritime Trust is the body responsible for many aspects of the management of the Estate, and our intention is to make at pleasant a place as possible to live, work, and visit.

The purpose of this website is to give you some information about the Estate and the Trust, and to tell you about some of the services and community provisions.
A good place to start is the page on Amenities |  where you will find a helpful summary and links to other information.

Or try Community | where you will find more detailed information about the Community Centre, the Primary School, the Chirch and the Surgery, amongst other things.

If you have moved to a house on St Mary’s Island, then it will be helpful to know a few things from the start, as you start to change your new house to a home. Occupiers of flats and maisonettes | on the Island are not directly governed by these restrictions, but the restrictions do apply to the blocks of flats, are probably reproduced in your lease terms. Please check this.

Occupiers of flats and maisonettes on the South Maritime Estate (Chatham Quays) are not under this regime, but you will have a different set of controls in your leases.
